Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click on "Start Free Trial" button on our homepage, fill in your company details and create your login credentials. Your account will be activated immediately.
What is included in the free trial?
The free trial includes full access to either Travel or Homestay module for 90 days. You can manage up to 2 packages/properties during the trial period.
How do I access my control panel?
After registration, you can access your control panel at https://your-subdomain.ontray.my/cpsecure using your login credentials.
Billing & Subscription
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online banking (FPX), credit/debit cards, and manual bank transfer for Malaysian customers.
Can I upgrade my plan anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time from your control panel. The price difference will be prorated.
What happens when my trial expires?
Your data will be preserved for 30 days after trial expiration. Subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the system.

Is my data secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard SSL encryption and secure cloud infrastructure. Your data is backed up daily.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, Pro plan subscribers can connect their own custom domain to their OnTray website.
